RecycLiCo Appoints Hatch as Consultant for Taiwan Battery Recycling Facility Construction

RecycLiCo Battery Materials Inc. (“RecycLiCo” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: AMY | OTCQB: AMYZF | FSE: ID4), a leader in sustainable lithium-ion battery recycling technology, has announced the engagement of Hatch Ltd. as a consultant for the Stage 2 battery recycling plant in Taiwan. This facility will be operated by RecycLiCo Zenith Battery Materials Technology Co., the Company’s joint venture with Zenith Chemical.

Consulting Services and Design Plan Evaluation

Hatch will assist RecycLiCo in evaluating the design plan for the plant developed by Kemetco, the joint venture’s primary contractor and RecycLiCo’s long-standing partner. The Company will oversee the construction of a modular facility in Vancouver with an initial capacity of 2,000 mt/year. This facility will then be transported to Taiwan for commissioning. Upon approval, the design plan will lay the groundwork for a formal construction agreement between the joint venture and Kemetco, with construction expected to commence later this year.
